In-Person & Virtual Options Available Designed for both couples and solo parents. $120 for four hours of personalized education. Soothing Techniques – Discover effective ways to calm a fussy baby, including swaddling, baby-wearing, and responding to colic. Postpartum Recovery & Emotional Wellness – Understand what to expect in the postpartum period, including physical recovery, emotional health, and strategies for self-care. Partner & Family Roles – Learn how partners and family members can support both the baby and the birthing parent during the postpartum period.
